At Portnov Agency, we provide custom digital services tailored to each client. Due to the nature of this work, all payments are generally non-refundable.

1. No Guaranteed Refunds

Once work has started, payments are not refundable.

This includes:

• completed work
• partially completed work
• time already spent on the project

2. Case-by-Case Consideration

In rare cases, we may review refund requests individually.

This may happen if:

• the project has not yet started
• there was a clear mistake on our side

Any refund decision is made at our sole discretion.

3. Client Responsibility

Before starting a project, clients are responsible for:

• clearly communicating requirements
• reviewing proposals and scope
• approving timelines and deliverables

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication is considered a breach of agreement.

We encourage contacting us first to resolve any issues.
